Health/Wellness TUESDAY: OATMEAL

I am addicted to Oatmeal and I have made it a habit of eating it every morning for a great nutritionist breakfast, I have been told that eating Oatmeal along with drinking Hot Water is the perfect way to start your day off right!!

The oats in "Oatmeal" are a great source of Vitamin E, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Iron, Manganese, and Magnesium, as well as a great source of Protein.

We all know that without sugar Oatmeal can carry a very bland taste. Here are ways to make it taste better!

5 Tips to Make it Taste Better:
1.
Make your oatmeal w/ milk instead of water
2. Add Stevia instead of Sugar to sweeten up the taste.
3. Stir in your favorite-flavored protein powder after it's been cooked. This gives it an extra burst and more protein!!
4. Definitely add in your favorite fruits!!
5. Do not cook your oatmeal in the microwave, this takes away that moist flavor. Instead pour in hot milk!
